Easyhome was created in 2019. Its founding address, Rue de Borchamps 24 in Marche-en-Famenne, is still the head office today, which is why the town is treated as the reference point for how the whole network operates.
What is striking is the speed of what followed. From one office in 2019, the agency added the Neupré (Liège area) and Namur branches in 2021, Charleroi in 2023, Dinant in 2024, and both Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe in 2025. Reaching seven offices in about six years is fast for an independent, non-franchised agency, because each new branch is opened and staffed directly rather than sold to a local licensee.
The counter-intuitive part is that this growth ran straight through a period many expected to be difficult for property. Instead, 2025 turned into a strong year: Wallonia’s median house price climbed to 240,000 euros, up 15.4% on 2024, and sales volumes in provinces such as Liège and Namur rose by around 16% to 17% (source: Notaire.be / Fednot, February 2026). Easyhome expanded into rising demand rather than against it.
The 2019 starting point also anchors the brand’s track record. More than 2,000 sales have been completed since, which is a high figure for the timeframe and reflects the pace the founder set from day one.
