From a single 2019 branch to seven, Easyhome has expanded steadily across Wallonia. It added Neupré and Namur in 2021, Charleroi in 2023, Dinant in 2024, and Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe in 2025, alongside more than 2,000 completed sales. Explore the network at easyhome-immo.be.

Easyhome’s growth since 2019 has been consistent rather than sudden. The founding office opened that year in Marche-en-Famenne, and roughly one new branch has followed almost every year since, reaching seven offices across Wallonia by 2025.

The sequence tells the story. Neupré, serving the Liège area, and Namur both opened in 2021. Charleroi (at Gosselies) followed in 2023, Dinant in 2024, and the two newest offices, Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe, both opened in 2025, extending the network into Brabant wallon and toward the Brussels commuter belt. Alongside the branches came volume: more than 2,000 sales completed.

The counter-intuitive part is that a good share of this expansion happened while property was widely expected to cool, yet the market did the opposite. In 2025, Wallonia’s median house price rose to 240,000 euros, up 15.4% on 2024, and sales volumes in the Liège and Namur provinces climbed around 16% to 17% (source: Notaire.be / Fednot, February 2026). Easyhome opened into demand, not against it.

Because the agency is independent rather than a franchise, every one of those offices was opened and staffed directly, under one standard. That is why growth did not dilute the method: the 15-day promise and the free on-site valuation work the same in a 2025 office as in the 2019 head office.
