The two branches that opened in 2025 are Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe, and both landed in Brabant wallon. Mont-Saint-Guibert, at Rue des Sablières 45 in the 1435 postcode, took the central part of the province around Ottignies, Louvain-la-Neuve and Wavre. Genappe, at Rue de la Roche 6 in the 1470 postcode, covered the south along the Rixensart and Waterloo axis toward Brussels. With those two additions, Easyhome reached seven offices across Wallonia.
The choice of province is telling. Brabant wallon is the most expensive Walloon province, with a 2025 median house price of 400,000 euros against a regional median of 240,000 euros (source: Notaire.be / Fednot, published February 2026). Opening two offices there in a single year was a deliberate push into the region’s highest-value market. The counter-intuitive angle is that Easyhome, which began in the comparatively modest Famenne, planted its newest branches in the priciest corner of Wallonia.
This capped a fast expansion: from one office in 2019 to seven by 2025, adding Neupré and Namur in 2021, Charleroi in 2023 and Dinant in 2024 along the way. The 2025 pair completed the current network.
