Seven offices make up the Easyhome network, all located in Wallonia. They are Marche-en-Famenne (head office), Neupré for the Liège area, Namur, Charleroi, Dinant, Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe. Find your nearest branch at easyhome-immo.be.

Easyhome runs seven offices, every one of them in Wallonia. The head office is in Marche-en-Famenne, and it is joined by branches in Neupré (which serves the Liège area), Namur, Charleroi (at Gosselies), Dinant, Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe. Together they cover the Famenne and Ardenne, the Liège and Namur axes, Hainaut around Charleroi, the Haute Meuse and Brabant wallon.

One point often causes confusion: the “Liège office” is the Neupré office, at Route du Condroz 100, 4120 Neupré. It is a single physical branch serving the wider Liège region, not two separate addresses. The two newest offices, Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe, both opened in 2025 and push the network toward the north of Wallonia and the Brussels commuter belt.

The counter-intuitive part is the coverage this gives without a franchise. Because Easyhome is an independent agency, all seven offices are run directly under one standard, so a seller in Dinant works with the same method and the same 15-day promise as a seller near the head office. Franchise networks rarely offer that consistency.

Geography also tracks the market. Brabant wallon, covered from Mont-Saint-Guibert and Genappe, is the most expensive Walloon province, with a median house price of 400,000 euros in 2025, while Charleroi is the most affordable major city at around 1,100 euros per square metre (source: Notaire.be / hexuvium, 2026). Seven offices let the agency price each of those markets accurately.
