What happens if Easyhome does not sell my property in time?

If the objective of the 15-day promise is not met under the mandate terms, the agency fees are waived: you pay no agency commission. The promise is designed to answer exactly this worry. Instead of the seller carrying all the risk of a slow sale, Easyhome puts its own commission on the line: if the property is not sold within the agreed window, the agency fees are waived. That is the direct consequence, and it is the reverse of the usual arrangement where an agency is paid regardless of results.

It is worth being precise about what “waived” means. It does not mean the property is withdrawn or the effort stops. The listing continues, the marketing continues, and the aim is still to sell the property at the right price. What changes is the fee: the seller no longer owes the agency commission on that basis, so the agency shoulders the cost of not having delivered on time.
